So for this I would like to talk about one of the more popular Communication Enterprise programs also commonly referred to by you and I as Zoom. I actually had never even used Zoom until I began here at American Intercontinental University (AIU), quickly I learned just how much of an asset it has become. Offering the ability to visually see fellow members with audio to actually conduct business meetings on a platform as long as there is an internet connection. This includes video webinars, Business IM platforms, As well for example I knew people who used Zoom during the pandemic in order to complete possible job interviews while social distancing. Being accessible from just about anywhere in the world on any device. You simply Download the app on cell phone, laptop, Personal computer, or even a tablet or smart tv. This had made my life easier because it allows me a different dimension of learning sometimes I don't do best with only reading the material every week. So it has become a valuable tool that I use. We have learned that enterprise application is the core foundation for today's cloud technology explosion. Each enterprise is an important featured to be used while managing your business or businesses. Learning management systems is an enterprise that I have used in the classroom. This system was very essential in in the way the children learned in the classroom as well on organizing, communicating, and coordinate of the classrooms. We have used communication systems between the parent and teacher to log in and discuss their child, view the daily log online from work or home, and view your child in the classroom through a system called Blackboard. Parents are giving the liberty and comfort to be involved in the classroom anywhere at any time during center hours. When the preschool that I used to work at, incorporated this feature in our curriculum and classrooms, it was very helpful to the parents who may not bring or drop their child off, also the teachers can now type out all reports and transfer information for the children via technology versus writing out individual daily logs and sometimes being able to relay important information or messages to the parents throughout the day.
