A member of the Selection Committee doesnt agree with the companys policy, and opposes hiring Mitten due to her record.
Your assignment is to try to convince your colleague why the companys position is correct, and why the company should hire Mitten for a management role.

You must use your Zoom room for this assignment.
Each of you will host your own Zoom meeting please host the meeting in which you take the role of Larsen.
Both you and your partner must be on camera each of you speaking to the other via Zoom.
Each video should be approximately two minutes.
Be sure to choose the setting to allow an audio transcript.
Your partner will speak in their role, but make sure that you, when youre Larsen, speak the majority of the time. The same applies to when your partner is Larsen they should speak the majority of the time.
At the end of the video, take the text of the audio transcript and post it in the Submission text box. This allows ChatGPT to analyze the conversation.
