DSS Consulting's Human Resource Department received a complaint from Ms. Chris Peterson about the abrupt removal of her responsibilities by Ms. Meg after the Monday Morning Meeting. Assuming you have been entrusted to investigate the case,analyze the case from the sociological, psychological, and organizational perspective to evaluate the deficiencies in the planning of the system project led by Peterson.
