1."Joe Defendant stole $73.00 worth of groceries from the Circle-Q grocery store on January 13, 2021."

2."I, Officer Jane Goodperson, do believe that Joe Defendant, on or about the 13th day of January, 2021, did unlawfully appropriate property valued at $73.00, with the intent to deprive the owner, Frederica Witness, store manager of the Circle-Q grocery, located on 123 Main Street, Ourtown, Thishere County, OK, of the aforesaid property."

3."Frederica Witness, manager of the Circle-Q Grocery, told me, Officer Jane Goodperson, that on January 13, 2021, she personally observed Joe Defendant take nine packages of steaks from the meat counter, conceal them inside his overcoat and leave the store without paying for them. Frederica Witness stated that she stopped Defendant in the parking lot outside the store and he had the packages of meat in his overcoat. Victim totaled the prices marked on each package and told me the total was $73.00. The Circle-Q Grocery is located at 123 Main Street, Ourtown, Thishere County, OK"
