"""ASSIGNMENT Part 1: FIRAC EXERCISE = Review the following Fact Pattern.""" Analyze and outline according to the FIRAC framework regarding potential liability. This Fact Patterns is already extremely brief, so your Fact section will pretty much mirror what you are already given here but condense where you can. (So your Fact Section is essentially already written!). This should be no more than a page long, single spaced, bolded headings, spaces between paragraphs, 12 pt. font, Times New Roman font style. No more than 1 page in length. Worth 25 Points I = Issue -- composed of the 3 components of (1) Jurisdictional tag, (2) legal question, and (3) factual component. R = Rule of Law -- bullet points listing the applicable law (in this case only one statute). A= Analysis - matching the law against the fact pattern and analyzing how it applies and why/how it affects your conclusion. C = Conclusion - 1-2 sentences which answer the question posed in the Issue section. FACTS: Witnesses saw the following events at about 5:30 pm on July 1, 2019.
