Assignment: Research and Report Description A new business owner hopes to open a new coffee shop. You have been tasked with completing the market research in your local area. You must write an analysis on at least 2 similar businesses that operate in your area. If there are no coffee shops in your area, feel free to look up shops in a different area. The analysis must include: Citations of all sources you used for each business (at least three sources for each). Sources must include the business website and may also include advertisements (print or digital) for each business, websites referring to the businesses, news reports or articles about the businesses, social media pages, etc. Geographical and contact information for each business; An evaluation of each source (use CAARP) Details of the products each business sells with a focus on anything out of the ordinary (e.g. homemade pastries or cakes, specialty coffees, seasonal offers, etc.); and Any other relevant information that will inform the new business owner about the competition from other coffee shops.
