Assignment Review the Patient Care Coordinator role in KGW and develop a presentation regarding the current incumbents' readiness (in both roles) to assume the next hierarchal position {Center Administrator) within the company. In addition, review, review the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant population and determine if you can identify at least 20% of these incumbents who should be "watched" and where appropriate, developed as hi-po for the PCC role. Create a presentation including roughly 15-20 slides showing the results of your analysis and recommendations.
