According to Vale's webpage is that they want to make sure that all their employees are safe in order to make sure that their employees are safe the company has started a program for the company called Day of Reflection which is held annually. The company would shut down all the activities and get all their employees to have a structured debate talk about health and safety. At the same time, they believe that no matter what type of person you are you will still get equal treatment as other employees because they want a group of different people from all over the world that way they will be able to improve themselves so that they will be able to more professional than they are now. They also believe that they need to support their employee's careers and at the same time get their employees to continue growing and learning so that the employees can gain more experiences and which will allow the company to continue growing and to be able to have more training programs for their employees. They also believe that taking care of the planet will help give everyone on this planet some prosperity. If profitability was Vale's first goal I believe that they would find more quality and quantity metals and would sell those to companies that have a need for them. All the while trying to be environmentally friendly. Once they have enough capital they would open different subsidiaries that would go into different fields where they would have a small lead above the rest. Once they have a secured foundation in the companies residing nation then they would start to expand to different countries in order to gain more profits. However, the one in charge will need to know that it is the employees who are the ones that do the hard work and the manual labor so that the company can generate revenue for the company so that the company can expand. The one in charge will need to determine how the company will reward its employees for all the efforts that they put in. I do not believe that working hard and improving oneself is against the law, however, if the company does decide that they want more profits and decide to do something that breaks the law and gets caught. Then it will depend on what type of crime they have committed. However, this type of case will take time because the investigators will need to gather the evidence and gain enough witnesses and clues that all lead back to the company. Eventually, the company will need to have its legal team go to court to have this case settled in the court, it will all come down to the judge to decide whether the company is innocent or guilty.
