You are required to develop the Operations Strategy for the Cafe signifying its importance and explaining how it will contribute to the overall strategy of the business. Besides other frameworks, you have to use the 5 competitive factors and also the 4 Vs of operations ( found in chapter 1 of the text book) to highlight the operational strategy. (10 marks) 2. You have to describe in detail the service blueprint of the Cafe and highlight the important areas of process design as to how it offers competitive advantage. (5 marks) 3.
