I want buy the latest in mini laptop computers inTaiwan but it's in oversea. If I find what I need by searching on the Internet and the seller is in Taiwan. I wanted negotiate a deal with the seller over the Internet and buy the computer and the seller agrees to ship my computer by boat. Should take a risk buying a computer from the sesller?

What is the difference Sales Contrast and Risk of Loss? Please also explain how each are used.What terms (words) would you insist be included in the Sales Contract so you would not bear the Risk of Loss? Please give an example.
