Pay particular attention to the actions of the paralegal and how her unsupervised or unauthorized actions resulted in attorney sanctions.

Answer the three (3) questions presented at the end of the case on page 116.

Describe how UPL was committed in this case despite the attorney's involvement with the business. Explain why the court upheld the imposition of the $9,000 penalty. Evaluate this penalty and explain your analysis. Do you think We The People or Ms. Kingsley were aware that their conduct was wrong? Explain.
