A few other counsellors overheard a disparaging conversation this particular counsellor had had with a teen who was selling her body on the streets. In addition to this, you previously had a few street youth come to your office with complaints about the righteous behaviour of this same counsellor. This has caused a lot of gossip and upset in the office. The primary situation will be dealt with privately, and in order to stop further gossip and inappropriate behaviour, a memo needs to be sent out immediately acknowledging these situations.
