For the purpose of determining which charges to file against David assume the following separate factual situations and then list what charge should be filed: () John's death resulted from David running a red light that he should have seen, but did not; (ii) John's death resulted from David accidentally running over John with his car while David was attempting to get away from a robbery he had just committed; and (ill) David and John were rival drug dealers and David planed and then killed John to get rid of his competition.
