Assume for purposes of this question only that on October 15, 2021, Sean calls Josh and after exchanging hellos, Sean says the following to Josh, "Josh, I'm accepting your offer to do the snow clearing at the Quakertown this Winter." Josh responds by saying, "that's great Sean. I'm so pleased that we have a deal. I will be there with the first snowfall. Please remember to make the first monthly payment by November 1st."

a. If Josh was born on May 21, 2005, do Sean and Josh have a valid, void, or voidable contract? Why? (Explain your answer) (3 Points)

b. The Winter of 2021-2022 ends up being a very snowy one. By late January, Sean realizes that Josh is doing a terrific job clearing snow at the Quakertown. Sean receives several compliments from tenants at the Quakertown, who tell Sean that despite the difficult Winter, the parking lot has never been better cleared of snow. On February 1, 2022, Sean personally hands Josh the monthly check for $1,500 and tells Josh the following: "Josh, you are doing an amazing job getting the snow out of everyone's way here at the Quakertown. Before the season started, I considered hiring someone else, but your price was $1,500 cheaper and your service here cannot be beat. My tenants are happy, so I am happy. I am so happy about this that I am going to pay you an extra $1,500 (which is the extra amount the other snow removal service would have charged me) when I receive my income tax refund in April." Sean receives his income tax refund on April 20, 2022. By June 1, 2022, however, Sean has not paid Josh the additional $1,500. If Josh sues Sean for breach of contract, should the court order Sean to pay Josh $1,500? Why or why not? (3 Points)
