Assume that a vital behavior for this case study is that each VP must meet with each of his/her direct reports once every two weeks to discuss issues. This meeting must be a one-to-one, not a group meeting. The VP must solicit input on decisions from his/her direct reports. (This is not the only vital behavior that would be necessary to get things turned around but for the sake of practice, we will work with only one.)
