  • The first working capital LE 2 million, in the second year.
  • The project will be financed from the owners and the bank; the bank will grant LE 10 million longterm loans (in the beginning of the second year) with interest rate 10% annually, the loan will be paid during the operating period.
  • The emergency reserve for the increase in the tangible fixed assets prices will be 10% of the cost of fixed assets.
