Assume that the "Blazing Wheels" outlaw motorcycle club raises money through the sales of illegal drugs. For our purposes it is an "ongoing criminal conspiracy." The statute of limitations for prosecuting a sale of drugs is two years. It is now 2015. Spider, Animal and Clutch have all made drug sales on behalf of the club. Spider has made 15 sales going back to 2005. Animal has made 10 sales going back to 2005. Clutch has made 10 sales going back only six months. How many of these sales can be used as "counts" against each of the three members if they are charged with "Conspiracy to Traffic in Drugs?" (Note the "conspiracy" is still going on because the Blazing Wheels are still in operation.) Only 10 25 35 20
