Assume that the product and the brand that you are using is Nike sneakers. You need to undertake the following:

For each unique dimension of CSI for Nike sneakers, design at least 3 items to measure it. Use no more than 6 items for each dimension. Also, clarify which item belongs to which dimension.

But, ensure that the items that you specify for each dimension collectively exhaust the underlying shades/nuances of that dimension i.e., ensure high face validity

Also, try to use different scaling techniques and different levels of scales i.e., even though it might be most appropriate to use interval level of scales for all the items that you specify for the constructs, try to also have items on the nominal, ordinal and the ratio level of scales.
