Assume the role of the leader of the team you work for, analyze how your team can contribute to the innovation strategy of your organization and make an innovation training for all team members at Disney. Your Team Innovation Training should (1) thoroughly describe key innovation concepts, (2) set team innovation goals, and (3) plan the team innovation strategy. Your proposal should be written in a word document and should look like a training material that has text, visuals, tables, and any other form of communication that can help you convey your messages in a real-life training.

Identify the main goals for your team innovation (maximizing fit with customer requirements, minimizing development life cycle, controlling development costs)

Explain the kind of your team (e.g. functional, autonomous), the roles members will play, and your role as a leader

Decide on whether customers or other key stakeholders will be involved in the development and how

Deployment strategy

Discuss the target launch of the new product or service related to the identified earlier challenges/opportunities

Address desired distribution of the product/service (internally within the organization or externally to customers)

Plan a marketing communication about the product/service
