• After reviewing these documents, draft a memo addressing the following client situations:
  • Assume the following hypothetical situation: We have a client who has possession of his children during Spring Break. His children's school Spring Break is extended for one additional week due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the school. Who gets possession of the children during this extended break? Explain how we should advise the client.
  • We have another client who generally gets possession of her children every Thursday during the regular school term. However, her children's school was also extended for an extra Spring Break week. Does she still get possession on Thursday during the extended Thanksgiving Break? Explain how we should advise the client.
