Assume you read on local social media that parents of Caymanian middle schoolers have started a petition to have the schools provide career training options starting in middle school and going through high school. The career training options would primarily focus on the professional trades for plumbing, carpentry, electricity, heating and cooling, collection of medical samples, medical helping, home health care, elderly care, etc. Many of these training options could mean that local Caymanians would have these jobs in the future, instead of people coming in on work permits to do this work.
