Absence of CCTV Surveillance in Key Areas:
The absence of CCTV surveillance in key areas is another critical error. CCTV cameras play a crucial role in ensuring security and safety within the warehouse. They help deter theft, monitor activities, and provide evidence in case of any incidents or disputes. Without CCTV surveillance, the warehouse is more vulnerable to theft, unauthorised access, and safety hazards. This error can lead to inventory shrinkage, compromised employee safety, and potential legal liabilities.

Inefficient Storage System for Return Products:
The third critical error is the inefficient storage system for return products. The description mentions that return products are stored in gravity flow racks. However, using gravity flow racks for return products might not be optimal.
