The manufacturing plant of the company has around 1,000 staffs working in 3 shifts (i.e. 9am-5pm, 5pm - 1am and I am - 9am), and includes departments for pattern design, product development, fabric printing, quality assurance, procurement, production, warehouse & logistics. 250 of them are part-time contract staff (4-hr work per day) and all others working full time. Apart from the sections of production and warehouse & logistics which are working in 3 shifts, other sections are working in the first shift only (9am - 5pm). Most the staffs speaking Bengali and only some of them can speak English. The flight from Hong Kong to the Bangladesh will arrived at mid-night and the audit team will stay at a hotel next to the airport for the first day. The factory is located at a city that 80 km from the airport, which takes around 2 hours travelling from the airport to the factory. During the audit period, you will stay at a hotel next to the factory. The team will take the return flight at 7 pm upon finish the audit. Prepare an audit plan using information in SA 8000, ISO 19011, IAF mandatory documents (follow information relating to ISO 9001) and other relevant specifications/standards, to describe the arrangements of stage 2 audit, including but not limiting to composition of audit team, rundown, etc. Please provide your justifications for the audit duration.
