Aswad was adjudged bankrupt on 13 December 2021. While investigating Aswad's properties, the Director General of Insolvency discovered that the total worth of his assets amounted to RM9,500 only. Apart from that, the Director General of Insolvency also found out that Aswad rented a storage space at CubeSpace, a self-storage facility belonging to Sammy for RM300 per month. Upon checking, the storage space was mostly empty except for the following items:

1. sets of brushes and unopened paint cans for his painting jobs;
2. some 'bundle' clothing items belonging to Aswad and his family members; and
3. a safe box containing a diamond ring.

Aswad was also one of the trustees of the Cinta Health & Recreation Club and the clubhouse which houses the club caf was registered in the name of the trustees.

Advise the Director General of Insolvency on:

a) whether any action can be taken regarding the storage space rented by Aswad

b) the status of the clubhouse upon Aswad's bankruptcy.

c) whether Aswad's properties at the storage space will pass to the Director General of Insolvency.
