At a social mixer, a room full of people shake hands with each other. At the end of the party, the host asks each person how many times they shook hands, and the result is added to the total for all attendees at the party. Use graph analysis to show that the number of reported handshakes will always be even. (i.e. model the problem as a graph, then show that the number of handshakes must be even.)
