At Isner's criminal trial where he is alleged to have mailed pipe bombs to students and faculty at University of Pacifica, the Government intends to call an explosives device expert from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. She will say that "I tested one of the devices to see how much damage it could cause, and if it exploded it would kill anyone with 10 yards.We tested it with sheep, and the poor animals were blown to bits.Whoever made this intended to kill."
