At Miley's request, her mother sent her to a theater arts camp on Tim Buck two Lake for the summer. At Camp Wantabe, Miley and the other campers studied voice, dance and drama as well as the great outdoors. Camp Glam for budding photographers was only a half-mile down the road from Camp Wantabe and within a week Miley had become close friends with a young camper there, Tammy. One night Tammy sneaked into Miley's cabin to visit. She climbed into the bunk above Miley. They giggled for a while, but quickly fell asleep.
