At my current facility, I can see a lack of confidence with protocol with different charting such as the change in condition. Although training is offered constantly, follow up during the start of transition to the facility can facilitate confidence in these types of procedures. Helping increase compliance with completing all the steps in the change of condition. This would include acorrectly filled CIC, care plan , progress note notification family and MD. "Hypothesis testing is a form of statistical inference that uses data from a sample to draw conclusions about a population parameter or a population probability distribution" (Hypothesis testing 2024). Thus, an experiment can be conducted to draw a conclusion to determine if my inference is correct
