At my job, after every quarter, we have an all hands meeting that discusses our statistics as a building. Those statistics are then later compared to those of other buildings throughout the nation. One example of the data that was described was our quality as a building, meaning how well we are working without making any errors. Another example of data that is described to us, is safety. In other words, how long we have worked without any safety instances, and those are also compared to other buildings throughout the nation. Sometimes they will take the mean of all of the other buildings, and just use that number to compare our building to. I believe that the data sets were accurate because each building has their very specific numbers and those numbers are taken into account in order to make the comparison. how to respond
