At my job we have our start pay and get a raise every 6 months based on our reviews. As far as benefits those are afford but only after the first 90 days of employment. I think this is good for a company to do as it gives incentives to want to work. Holiday pay is good for full time employees as well because then that keeps people, and they will want to work the holidays. Also, at my job they offer a thing called team award, this is a money award for the team that makes the most improvements in the company and helps to better the company as well. This award is given at the end of the year. I would do this for my own company as well because it is a great incentive. Companies should all want to provide a safe work environment free of discrimination and harassment for all. When offering compensation and benefits, organizations must consider factors such as age, gender, cultural background, family structure, educational background. A younger employee may value opportunities for career advancement and skill development, while older employees might be more interested in retirement planning options and work-life balance benefits
