At my office we have a group called the Sunshine Club. This club is made up of nurses, clinical staff, clerical staff, and our boss. The club is designed to promote a genuine workplace. It allows creativity and things to be celebrated. This improves our workplace by keeping employees happy and making the workplace enjoyable. We also have meetings quarterly to ensure certain qualities are being met and maintained. Some initiatives require help from the providers, other need help from the clerical staff. Our initiatives bring the whole facility together at one time
