Planning & forecasting, decision-making, organizing, controlling, leadership and motivation.

you are taking on a very challenging endeavor: developing a certain innovative product for end-users!

How do you correlate the above managerial functions with all of the processes (inception, design, manufacturing, quality control and assurance, marketing and sales, customer support, etc ...) that are involved in bringing your end-product into fruition, after which it will be made available in a competitive marketplace and a demanding customer base?
