At the end of every college season (football, basketball, etc.) there is always discussion about which athletes are going to declare for the draft. An important aspect of declaring for the draft is obtaining a sports agent and understanding the implications of NCAA eligibility. The Banks v. NCAA is one example of what can happen during the process.

Explain how, if you had been the sport manager or agent, you would have handled the case situation.

Support your opinion with facts.

You can discuss current rules the NCAA is making in terms of athletes and agents.
