At the equivalence point, both antigen and antibody contribute to the optical density (OD) of the precipitate. Therefore the amount of antigen to antibody are the same. My found OD is 1.629 where they equal the same. I am struggling with the calculations. Additionally the amount of BSA is the antigen and serum is antibody (the amounts added to get the density above is 250l of each)
