2. Gary Golfer was just an okay golfer. He thought that he might be able to improve his golf with a new set of golf clubs. He went to Club Champion for a golf club fitting. He tried lots of different clubs and combinations of clubs, shafts and grips. Based upon their recommendations, Gary bought a complete new set of Calloway clubs. The set of clubs arrived at Gary's home about six weeks later. Gary is excited to use the new clubs. He invites his girlfriend Janey Jinx to play with him at his golf club, the Shamrock Golf Club. They go to the first tee. Gary takes out his new driver, takes a couple practice swings and takes a mighty swing at the golf ball. The tee shot takes off like a rocket but hooks, ricochets off a tree and hits a golfer on the adjacent hole, breaking his arm. On the follow-through of Gary's swing the club head of the driver flies off and hits Janey. Not her lucky day. Janey is seriously injured, is hospitalized and catches Covid in the hospital but eventually recovers after several months. What are the possible claims/lawsuits of all the parties in this case? Who wins and why
