The file in Step 6 (below) provides the crashing data. The attached Project file includes the project file following status update at March 31, which you did in Week 6. Step 1: set the Status Date to April 30, 2012. Then input the actual task info for each task. Use the task status info and MS Project to assess project performance in terms of cost and schedule. Prepare a status report that summarizes your findings. Include in your report the following deliverables: . Executive summary not to exceed 1 page in length . Current status with respect to schedule performance . Current status with respect to cost performance . Use the MSP views that include CV, SV, CPI, SPI, EAC, and tracking Gantt to aid in your analysis . Does the project require action given the status at April 30, 2012? Why or why not?
