Your manager asked you to write a memo to a client, Mr. Tom Jones, Mr. Jones and his friend started a food delivery business 6 months ago that is already showing a profit. Mr. Jones does not know much about business and he wants a summary of the entity types available to him. Draft a memo to Mr. Jones outlining the tax and non-tax advantages and disadvantages of the entity types available to Mr. Jones. Download the attached memo template (BusinessEntityMemo.docx) and save as lastname_memo.docx (replace lastname with your own lastname). The body of your memo should be between 250 and 400 words. Keep the memo formatted as it is in the template. Do not change the font. Remember, you are writing to a client. Write in your own words. Keep it professional. You will be graded on spelling and grammar in addition to content. If you copy and paste from any source, you will receive a grade of zero and be reported to the Dean of Students for a violation of academic integrity
