Question 2 Consider the four stages of growth outlined in the Online Study Guide. Where do you believe you are right now? Honestly consider your strengths and weaknesses, and note a few areas that you believe need development. Question 3 Use the internet to research three professional development activities that you could attend or undertake to assist your growth. Question 4 Use an internet search engine to find three professional networks or associations relevant to your industry. Alternatively, you could find three associations that are relevant for the vocational training institute you are enrolled in. Question 5 Design a questionnaire in the space below that you can distribute to your various team members to gain feedback on your performance as a leader.
