Section 20 reads: (1) It is an offence for any person to use or attempted use of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs. (2) It is considered that a person is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug if the person tests positive in any of the approved analysis by the police. (3) The penalty for breach of subsection (1) is 6-month imprisonment.
