(b) Kerry is the owner of a fee simple lot of land that is landlocked but the title reveals that she can access her land over a right of way across a neighbour's parcel of land.

(c) Anna has a written agreement letting her daughter Karen live in her investment property rent free provided that she looks after the property and pay the local council rates. Karen has neglected the property and has not paid the rates for 5 years.
