There is an unincorporated non-charitable association [bowling club]. Under the rules of the club, members pay $20 annual subscription which entitles them to use the facilities of the club. Non-members may pay a $2 fee to use the facilities. Additional funds are also raised by street collections to support the club. The committee have decided to disband the club. There is $20,000 in a 'common fund'.

Does a resulting trust arise? If so, how? How are these fees to be distributed?
