"Welcome to Lake Wobegon, where all the women are strong, all the men are good looking, and all the children are above average."

Let's respond to this quote with statistical thinking. Here are some assumptions (just for the sake of discussion):

2. Assume it has a population of around 35,000 people.
3. Assume that this quote was based on some sort of statistical measures.

From a statistical point of view, let's focus on the "all the children are above average' part of the quote and respond to two questions:
