Auxiliary credit organizations must carry out regular operations with their clients and users. In order to attract greater resources, SOFIPO, Auxilio Crediticio, does not carry out a complete analysis of the background, specific conditions, economic or professional activity and places in which its clients operate.

Based on the above, indicate the intervention of the federal authorities in relation to each case:

a) About the information and documentation that auxiliary credit organizations and exchange houses must collect for the opening of accounts or the conclusion of contracts related to the operations and services that they provide and that fully accredits the identity of their clients.

b) On the way in which auxiliary credit organizations and exchange houses must safeguard and guarantee the security of the information and documentation related to the identification of their clients and users or those who have been them, as well as that of those acts, operations and reported services

c) Regarding auxiliary credit organizations, they must keep, for at least ten years, the information and documentation referred to in subsection c) of the previous paragraph, without prejudice to the provisions of this or other applicable regulations.
