Sudheer is underworld mafia and is engaged in many illegal businesses. After Ayush bought a plot in Model colony, Sudheer called Ayush and conveyed his desire to buy one whole floor in the commercial scheme to be commenced soon. Ayush denied the same fearing that others won't buy the property in the said premise, if they come to know that a mafia owns a floor.

One day Sudheer called Ayush and said the documents of the said premise is ready and he is willing to buy the plot instead of the floor. Ayush still denied the same. Sudheer offered double the price for the said plot and sent 50 crore rupees to Ayush house.
