shows the parameters of each streams. Based on the parameters listed in Table $1,$ it

could be clearly seen that the efluent $($F$4)$ parameters are still not comply with the

Standard B that is set by the DOE. The consultant team has proposed to have Activated

Carbon after Biological Treatment. As one of the consultant team members, what do

you think about the proposed solution? Give your argument and recommendation so

that the effluent $($F$4)$ meets the Standard.
