(b) Run Apps ("RA") enters into a contract with Fast Communications ("FC") for the use of an identified server for three years. FC delivers and installs the server at RA's office based on RA' instructions, and provides repair and maintenance services for the server, as needed, throughout the contract. FC can substitute the server only in the case of a malfunction. RA makes decisions with respect to data to be stored on the server and which area of its operations the server will support.
