(b) The pump system in Figure 2.2 works in such a way that the constant speed pump will continuously supply coolant to the heat exchanger. In the event the volume of the coolant is more than needed by the heat exchanger, the control valve will direct the coolant back to the coolant reservoir through the bypass line. Analyze the coolant supply system pictured in Figure 2.2 and construct a fault tree diagram where the top event is 'loss of minimum flow of coolant to a heat exchanger'.
