Cosmic Trampolines are manufactured in two production departments, Stitching and Framing. The firm allocates Personnel Department overhead to the two departments on the basis of number of employees. Total estimated Personnel Department overhead for the upcoming month is $900,000. The Stitching department expects to employ 400 workers in the upcoming month. The Framing department expects to use 100 workers. In each department, overhead is allocated to jobs on the basis of direct labor hours (DLH). Normal labor-hour volume for the upcoming month in Stitching is 10,000 hours. Normal labor-hour volume in Framing is 4,000 hours. Each Cosmic Trampoline receives 5 hours of direct labor time in Stitching and 9 hours in Framing. REQUIRED: Compute total overhead (OH) to be applied to each Cosmic Trampoline
