During the period of ownership, Larry spent RM 20,000 to extend the kitchen and RM 5,000 for minor repairs. A compensation of RM 12,000 was also received in year 2017, due to damages suffered during a renovation carried out in the condominium unit above his. In December 2019, Larry disposed of the condominium to his friend for RM 1 million. He spent RM 2,500 for valuation and RM 23,000 for brokerage fees for the disposal. Required: Compute the chargeable gain subjected to real property gains tax from the disposal of the condominium.
