babar holds land in sindh, on lease granted by azam, a zamindar. the revenue payable by azam to government being in arrears, his land is advertised for sale by government. under the revenue law, the consequence of such sale will be annulment of babars lease. babar to prevent the sale and the consequent annulment of his own lease, pays government the sum due from azam . is azam bound to repay amount to babar.
